All of nature dances to a recurrent pulse... night & day, birth & death, male & female, summer & winter. On a more cosmic level, the same holds true. All energy is either positive or negative, yin or yang, on or off. One without the other, however is incomplete. On both a physical and metaphysical plane, everything (and nothing) is a delicate balance and harmony of these mutually attractive opposites. The universe is just one giant fuck.
Human beings were once relatively in tune with this, but the last 2000 years of patriarchal monotheistic "civilization" has seen an ever-growing detachment from and denial of this fundamental energy. Sex, as the most obvious example of this primal balance has been reduced to a last remnant of our "animal" selves, much despised, suppressed and, as a result, twisted and perverted. Instead of serving as one of our most sacred and revitalising practices, it has become a demon in our unconscious.

 


At this point (if not sooner), a really large percentage of the people who have found their way to this particular junction of the internet should be cursing...

"What's with all this cosmic shit??" you might well ask. "This is suppposed to be a goddamn SEX page! Where's the donkeys? Where's the billiard balls?? Where's the fuckin' Quicktime snuff movie?"
